List your favorite (and not so favorite) online auto detail supplier. Feel free to elaborate on what makes the good or not so good.

www.autodetailingsolutions.com - I get most of my stuff there....spend over 75 bucks and you get a free meguiars bag, which I use for pads, PC, and misc small brushes. Plus I use mostly meguiars things, so they have the best deals going, no sales tax to me, and small shipping charges...

I would say Autogeek.

Massive selection of nearly every brand (they're looking at adding Clearkote too)

High quality Microfiber

Discount code for each order

Good prices

Bulk pricing

Nice Special Values page

Loads of accessories

Free shipping plus discount code on their sister sites pinnacle wax and wolfgang where you can also buy MF's, pads, accessories, etc...

The only reason I see the need to shop somewhere else is I am looking for a product they don't carry like Menzerna, Eimann Fabrik, FinishKare or Chemical guys. Imagine if they move to stock and sell these items?

They are on their way to being a one stop shop for all my needs.

I buy from a handful of other popular places (a lot of lesser known places), but Autogeek gets my vote if I were to choose one.

I've had good experiences with Danase - they have the best regular prices on a lot of stuff overall and they always have an awesome discount going for autopia (sometimes 15%)

I've used mostly CareCareSmart.com or Eshine.ca

Reason: Ordering from the states is usually much more costly in terms of shipping and brokerage charges. The selection isn't quite as good as some of the other US detailing websites, but it helps for shipping and price :)

Danase is my favorite. Bob is doing a great job, top notch support and very fast replys on emails/PM. Keep up the good work!

I shop wih Autogeek most of the time as they have the best selection, and their website is a dream to navigate and shop from. They are kind of a pain to get ahold of via e-mail, though, and they're kind of slow to reply. Any question can be answered with a quick phone call, though.

I have had excellent experiences with PAC, Griot's Garage, Autopia store, Pakshak, Zaino store, and Excel Detail. I wouldn't hesitate to order from any of them. They are all top notch.

Not naming names so as to leave someone out. I will just say that there are 3 suppliers who actively participate in this forum...they have been exceptionally GREAT to work with.

My favorite places would have to be Autogeek (heck they even have some of my pictures on their product pages :D) - With regular shipping, I recieved my package in 4 days! Cant beat that for the price

Also, Bob over at Danase is great to order from, being on the other side of Michigan I get my order delivered the next day which is absolutely a dream, especially when I just need to get my hands on a product.

ExcelDetail...Products were shipped very nicely, and the microfibers are amazing for a great price!

I say - if you are looking to buy products, stick with what you know...the people/sponsors here on autopia. They will treat you right, and are always more than willing to share tips or answer product questions!

I've had similar experience with BlackSunshine. My online vendor list looks like (in order of preference):

1. Pakshak - The first vendor that I look to for detailing supplies. Product selection has everything one would need to detail any given vehicle, especially microfiber. Excellent customer service and since I live in Hawaii, I can save on shipping. Ranney is an excellent person to deal with.

2. Autogeek - Excellent product selection. However, high shipping rates to Hawaii. Aleternate shipping options available if requested, but they are rather slow in responding via emails and there seems to be a lag in shipping an order compared to other vendors. That they could be more timely with email responses and shipping would be my only gripe.

3. ProperAutoCare - Very informative website with a good selection. Excellent customer service with prompt shipping. No discount however for Autopians. I notice that their product descriptions tends to "oversell" some products and that leaves you wondering about true overall performance based on their recommendations. Every product seems to be perfect for something (and they probably are though).

4. Autopia-Carcare - Excellent customer service and they follow-up on how they did. A rather focused selection, but have everything that one would need to detail.

5. Excel Detail - Great customer service and SUPER prompt shipping. Patrick is quick to respond to emails regarding product questions.

I've also purchased from Meguiar and FK1 online and they both have had prompt shipping. Just so many products to try and to choose from. I tend to end up ordering more stuff than I really need just to save on shipping! Doh.

ProperAutoCare/CMA is usually where I turn first. The website's easy, great selection and prices, shipping and service is top notch. The only "problem" is that their product descriptions can get ridiculous (like their durability claims.) If you know what you're looking for, no problems there.

I've also bought from PakShak, Autopia Store, Autogeek, and a few others mentioned here with absolutely no problems. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from any of them again.

Speaking further to 3DOGs comment........to those 3 suppliers who post here, feel free to tout your own shingle!! Hey, y'all busted your A$$ to get them going why not give yourself a pat on the back. :xyxthumbs

Getting some good info here.........keep 'em coming :D :D :D

I like AutoGeek and Pakshak equally. Both have terrific service and selection. Both are leaders and often are the first to bring new product to the market.

I have to say I've had mostly positive experiences with online vendors. Patrick at ExcelDetail is terrific as well. Zaino's store is superb.
