Autogeek is the only place I've ordered from online. Fortunately for me they're local so I can pickup from them, everyone there has been super-friendly and helpful (not to mention Detailfest, boy am I lucky :getdown )

I called in an order on Friday (about $35) to pick up later that day and they threw in a 32 oz bottle of DP Krystal Vision Glass Cleaner and one of their new Autogeek hats. Taht on top of a 15% discount. Still tryign out some of the stuff I got from their detailing days.

Also have a Lake County pad that had the velro delaminate that I bought from Classic Motoring / Proper Auto Care, they told me to send it in for replacement - they have always given great service too.

My last few order went to Bob at Danase great service and is always looking for customer feedback on what to carry. And he pretty much always has something on sale evey week.

Autogeek.net is becoming a power house with the very large selection and fast shipping.

Execldetail and great mf towels and a very affordable price. Good work Pat.

Winnercircle has been great for my mf towel needs as well. Great survice from Rob all the time.

Specialytmotoring is were I first starting online shopping and I will continue to look and purchase what I need from Scott. Thanks to Scott I have my 5 tins of #16 :D

And last but certaintly not least I have ordered from Steve@Poorboys I just love his product line and will be a long time user.

Autogeek.net for the following reasons - in order of importance to me:

Customer service

Technical support

Flexibility

Product selection

Price

I've had fantastic dealings with the following (although very limited):

Poorboy's

ProperAutoCare

docker/JeffW

Autogeek, Danase, and Excel are all top notch imo.

However, the fact that Patrick at Excel refunds shipping $$ that wasn't needed is just absolutely awesome.

my girlfriend calls patrick at excel detail the psychic shipper cause I placed an order one saturday and it arrived the following monday. he's replaced a mfg defect immediately. his latest trick was to begin stocking an item I'd asked about, then he shipped a few days ahead of schedule. nice. had a little trouble finding my mint this last time, but it was there.

danase recently worked with me on a couple of orders. very responsive indeed. thanks, bob.

pakshak's also a real pleasure to work with, and all these folks offer high touch service.

autogeek seems to have sales that coincide with whatever my latest fixation might be as well as a huge collection of products.

all the manufacturers with whom I've ordered have worked out well for me: pb, opt, fk1, megs, eastwood, and beryllium, the collinite distributor, replaced damaged product the same day.

there are more, but I'm afraid I've already exposed my disorder as it is.

Pakshak - excellent selection, prompt friendly service; a pleasure to deal with. In Canada CarCareSmart and eShine are hard to beat, although not as personal as Pakshak. :)

PakShak and Excel Details my 2 favourites. Living in Australia, it common for most online suppliers to not ship over here. However, Ranney and Patrick do it everytime, and the orders are correct and in perfect condition

I couldn't pick one. ALL of the ones I have tried have been simply outstanding:

autopia carcare, autogeek, excel detail, pakshak, WCDetail, specialtymotoring, waxstation, detailers paradise, premium autocare, etc.

With Jeff from Werkstatt, originally he wasn't doing shipping outside USA and after a few emails from myself and I'm sure plenty of others around the globe, he began doing so

I look forward to getting in the rest of the product line and whatever new gear he releases

Was a surprise to know I was the first in australiasia to have AJ

Really wish that Top of the Line would ship overseas, I want their bubble bath for my wheels and a heap of other products.

Good people too.

Thanks, that's great to know.

I was wanting to try either the Werkstatt or FK products :) Might have to raid the Amex once again

I owe alot to jeff, he has given me some great product tips and I have fed him with a few ideas on the ultimate shampoo/conditioner and ultra fine sealer so he can find a recipe to eclipse all others with a new version of auto body wash

Prima and Perls are the ones to beat in my eyes

Last week I ordered from FK1 but will leave it for now as the online shop setup is annoying and I need to get in more stock of other brands

Maybe we could go ahead with that supposed Aussie autopian group purchase of FK1 gear

An Aussie order of FK1, would be great, let me know when.

I have the Perls body wash, it is very nice, I find my Zaino wash much better though.

hey SVR, i think ive emailed you about products before.

we have discussed some of your product range.

just wondering if you have bought in jeff werkstatt yet?

Thomas

I've never had a poor service experience with any of the online suppliers I deal with. However, some add that personal touch when it comes to building customer relationships. Kudos to the following: Autopia, Autogeek-PBMA,Pakshak,Excel,Zaino,Danase,FK1 & Chemical Guy's. (mentioned in no particular order)
