Your favorite online supplier

I have shopped with Premium Auto Care, Proper Auto Care, Danase', Autogeek, Pinnacle Store (free shipping is great for buying accessories), Zaino, and Excel. In the future I will only shop with Patrick because how convient it is for me, not t omention what a great guy he is and how wonderful it is to gossip with about the car care industry! The only hitch I have ever had shopping only line was with Danase', the box was beat to s**t by brown and my 4* UGE leaked a lot due to a broken sprayer, but I kept quite because I didn't want him have to front for a UPS when he shouldn't have to!

That sucks, but in all honesty everything I've ever gotten from danase has been well packaged. Sometimes the boys in brown (or purple) just like to give your package some prison love. For example, I got an OPENED box from LeatherZ a week or so ago, althought it did somehow have everything in it.

My two favorites are Danase (Forum discount, free shipping ($125 I think), and great guys to work with), and autogeek.

I somewhat despise CMA because they're too stingy to offer us a discount, and I don't like much of their shady market strategies (menzerna/blackfire/"constant pressure" pads) ect. They also claim that their shipping and handling charges are often more than other retailers due to their "supreme attention to packaging" or some other bullcrap.

The thing I love about that package is that UPS taped over their tear marks instead of just sending it back.

I must say that I have not dealt with many online detail product retailers however I will state that I just placed an order with Excel Detail and spoke with Patrick on the phone who was extremely courteous, patient, and very helpful; not to mention the respect he had for his customer. He made changing my order and advising me of the difference a breeze, most other retailers would have found me to be a nuisance. He was also very prompt in emailing me as I had asked for all changes. In addition to the aforementioned customer service I found that the store contains a vast array of products and almost found it to be a one stop shop for me.
