Your favorite online supplier

Autopia - Excellent customer service, quick shipping, and they always replied to any questions or problems that I had.

Danase - Bob is the man. Very nice guy to deal with. Fast shipping and I know he stands behind his products 100%.

I haven't tried any of the other vendors yet but I will if I get the urge that I need something haha.

I'll have to second the Excel Detail.

They have a good product selection, competative prices, and the customer service is second to none.

3rd or maybe its the 10th who really likes shopping w/ Patrick at Excel. He is the man when it comes to taking care of customers.

Excel Detail...everytime I need to make a detailing order, even if I need something necessary from another place, I make myself get something from Patrick as well. In less than one year, I have ordered from him THREE times...I think that speaks for itself. His shipping must be done via flux capacitor or something, because it gets from Cali to IL in a matter of 3 or so days. He answers emails same day, usually within 12 hours! When a backing plate wasn't sent, I emailed and it was shipped out SAME DAY and got here in 2 days. And a free MF for joining the frapper. Ah I wish I could go to CA and visit the man behind it all sometime...TWO thumbs up for Pat and Excel.

I think it's weird how some suppliers have fast shipping to some people, while others experience slow shipping. Does anyone know what the best day of the week is to order so the products arrive as soon as possible? Is it during the weekend?

Shipping is probably the factor that makes or breaks a supplier IMO

I hate to check the tracking and see that it was sat on for 2 days in the same location, or worse yet...When the tracking information you get is lagged behind by 4 days!! My order from 2 suppliers wasnt updated until 3-4 days after it left the state it originated in...that is sad.

Autogeek did right by me when it came time to return my Wolfgang kit, so no complaints.

Now, since I am a diehard Meguiars guy now...Autodetailingsolutions.com is the bestous site out there for Meguiars stuff. Rick offers TOP notch customer service, answers the phone personally, which is a nice touch that you can't get with other retailers. Only gripe is I wish that he offered lower shipping prices for small orders. Kinda kills to have to pay $8.95 for a $9.00 pad. :(

autopia has never let me down. i also like autogeek for their DP line in bulk, and properauto care is ok too. i will say i have had bad shipping time with autogeek but my guess is ups is to blame, not them.

Danase.com: All around my favorite, Bob is adding new products all the time and has excellent customer service

Top of the Line: I had a problem with one of my orders, it was fixed quickly. Their prices on Bubble Bath and Bug Remover cannot be beat

Winners Circle Detailing Products: Great prices on microfiber and free shipping on the 2pk I bought; you get a discount for a bulk buy

Autogeek: They have an excellent selection, both pricing and shipping tend to be higher than most

Autogeek is the only place I've ordered from online. Fortunately for me they're local so I can pickup from them, everyone there has been super-friendly and helpful (not to mention Detailfest, boy am I lucky :getdown )

I've had excellent experiences with all of the ones listed: Autopia, Autogeek, Danase, PAC, PakShak, SMP, etc. :bigups

AutoGeek and PakShak are my favorites. Great products and service and PakShak shipping is great.

Less than favorable would be the former PAC because of bad past experiences and CMA for not offering a discount to the community.

I've only gone through Excel and plan to only use Excel unless I need other products that Patrick doesn't stock.

My favorite site, even though it is brand-specific, is jeffswerkstatt.com. The customer service is great. Jeff has come back with very lengthy and informative responses to my questions. Shipping is prompt and the packaging is very nice (I can't stand that styrofoam popcorn stuff..gets all over the place). It's great when you've got an excellent product line matched with a site that's really pretty and fun to navigate. Five stars in my opinion.

I like all the general online detailing suppy vendors mentioned. They're all on my Favorites List. I tend to gravitate to Pakshak the most when roaming around. I also can attest to the excellent customer service by Patrick at Excel Detail. I told him about a dozen Blue Supreme microfiber towels that were sent to me by accident and he told me to keep them. He will definitely be getting my business again in the near future.

:wavey I've ordered a lot from Detailed Image and once from Excel Detail, both are great you just have to email them about shipping.

OK I have a different outlook

Since I am in Australia, I have to be careful with postage and those that allow me to choose a different postal service company are my fav's

I always use USPS as the rest are ridiculously priced

My favourites in no order

Premium Auto Care - good old Dwayne, virtually the same selection as autogeek with the advantage over autogeek being USPS air parcel post, not UPS which makes 1 gallon containers sent to australia extremely wallet thinning,

You sometimes get discounts on buying two of the same product now with dwayne and prices can be cheaper than Autogeek too and better customer service for international customers

Autogeek are probably great for US guys but not for aussies.

Pakshak.com - ranney is the man, the microfibre, the einszett line, klasse 1 litre (500ml sold in australia at crazy price) and so much more

FK1 I am looking at, international online buying is a hassle but the gear should be worth it

Werkstatt - jeff is brilliant, very friendly and in depth replies to my regular emails are a bonus

Have not ordered from proper auto care as buying from them as overseas customer is a bit annoying

Gotta phone em and to do so get up at some crazy hour to make the call.

Want to try blackfire, acrylic jacket (so far the US made menz line has been very dissappointing)

Autopia-carcare - david's well laid out shop, go the sonus line.

Only prob is their policy for overseas shipping, I respect their decision to do priority USPS mail but it can be extremely costly for the 473ml sized products

I get clearkote direct from the owner - everett.

Latest box just arrived, again this batch is different from all the rest I've had and works great
