Being a sealant fan, you might want to give Ultima Paint Guard Plus a shot.
I just bought some and will be testing it soon. The drought and water restrictions in Atlanta are slowing me down.

My experience is that over a couple months carnaubas break down and trap dirt.

Zaino has held up well for me in the winter though i would really like to try the 1000p as i have never read a bad comment about it and especially since i already have 215 and Pink Wax that too have not really been used yet.

Heh heh, considering that a can of #16 lasts me over a decade, and I have more than a case of it (and similar quantities of of so many others...), the way for *me* to save money is to just not buy that jar of you-know-what :nana:

I just applied a coat of Pink Wax to the car which already has 2180 / P1000 form a week
ago and all I can say is OMG!!!
The car surface is so slick like I never seen it before!
waiting on the extra 2 bottles to arrive of 425 as mine is running out.
What was I thinking keeping the jar new for over a year?
lbls,
accumulator next jar of vintage is on you :grinno:

Most of the stuff discussed on this thread (as best I can remember after all this time) was applied to *very* well-prepped vehicles; machine-polished by people who are *VERY* good at it. When you factor in that you're working by hand, and that it's a daily driver, well...[insert my broken-record recommendation here]
st7677 said:.. that's what I am looking for - a daily driver, most likely done by hand...
...and would that be Collinite 476s???
