why doesnt autopia have a...

I'd be game for some Autopia Rewards Points (ARP). For each dollar you spend you get 1 point. 100 points = $10 credit.

A reward system does sound like a good idea but most point system are not generous where you get 10% back for every $100 you spend on top of other discounts.

What about an X% discount on a featured review. Even picking a great product review by a member and apply a discount. Time restriction of course. Maybe say once or twice a month?

Tried and failed...

Keep the suggestions coming guys, they are really really great!

How about having the members vote on what goes on the BOGO offer. Those items getting the most votes would be put on sale, etc.
---or----
The other option would be that you pre-purchase the item or item's. The more people that pre-purchase, the cheaper that it gets. Autopia places the min. amount of the item to start the process and we decide if we would want to purchase. You would be making a commitment to purchase. No backing out, bidding to get price down. If 50 member's say yes to purchase and provide the necessary payment. The process would go for a specific number of days and close.

How about instead of BOGO, just do half off. Sometimes I just want to try something for cheap and really dont want 2 of them. Its disappointing when the product sucks! Takes up precious shelf space.

I will be working through some of these ideas today, thanks again everybody who has taken their time to make Autopia a better place.

Soo have we come up wit something yet?

Actively working on a few of the ideas. The "fall backs" are the first in a series of promotions that have been selected by you, the forum members. I have the best job in the world, to please you! The more you give me the more I can make it happen.

Why copy them when we can beat them?! I am open to suggestions for sure!!

IMO, think ur onto a great idea about "roll back" pricing like what your doing with P21s products. That way you run specials on one product line at a time but at a greater discount then normal. Based on what the market is, I'm thinking 20%-25% off either the whole line or specific products within the line. They are however other online stores that will run 35%-50% off a few products as a weekly special. 50% off is the same as BOGO pricing but u could do that on one product. Anyway...

Word

I have been searching around the store and found a kit from Blackfire, the Wet Diamond kit, that I want or would like to try. Bad thing is it comes with shampoo which I don't need anymore of no matter how good it is and the other product is Gloss Enhancement Polish which I would prefer the Total Polish and Seal instead (after reading the articles here on it). I like these kind of kits where they put towels, applicators and such together along with the cleaners and usually the group of items saves money over buying them separately. It would be nice to put together these kind of kits and get a group savings something like buy any 5 product mix or match and save 15% or for even that matter as mentioned above have a day in the week or maybe a few days a month where you get shipping for purchasing over $50. The 2 items I really would like to try are the BFWD or the BFTPNS but just buying these 2 items the shipping is killer and turning me off from buying. Bad thing is I have been trying to add enough items together to get the free shipping promo that I got when I signed up at the forums just to get the 2 or 3 products that I really want to try, but I am having a hard time trying to justify buying the extra products to make it to $95 that I would use but could do without. The kit above if it come with a BF tire dressing and the BFTPNS I think I would have it ordered already.
