i know that autopia and autogeek r competitors...but im just wondering why autopia doesnt have a buy 1 get 1 free section like autogeek? i see that as a plus for autogeek. ive only purchased my items from autopia unless i see a great deal on a buy one fet onw on autogeek.. i think autopia should do this!!!

It may boil down to no one's actually considered it but it makes a lot of sense and I think it's a great idea! :bigups

Why copy them when we can beat them?! I am open to suggestions for sure!!

This is what I am talking about Mr. Helme :rockon

I know at the end of the day you are in a profit making business so I am not going to pitch unrealistic wants. buy 1 get 2 free would be great but from a business standpoint kinda unrealistic.

Have a Bogo section, but let it be mix and match, so we can get more variety.
Thoughts?

Good Idea

How about some group buys to make it worth while. 1-10 sales 5% off, 10-25 7%, 25-50 10% and over 50 15%. Choose items that you might not normally stock in large quantities. I've seen other forums have successful sales of this type.

what about a free sample with your order? I know AG does this, but what if autopia offered some different choices? A little extra incentive to order from here?

A mix & match BOGO would be great!!!

Ex 1: Buy the: Daytona Speed Master Wheel Brush / Get the: Daytona Speed Master Jr. Free...
I already have one of each. and when they went on BOGO a while back I was tempted. But don't need 2 backups or each
.

Ex 2: Mothers Wheel Brush / Mothers Contoured Tire Brush

And almost any and all Chemicals....

We could call it the M&M BOGO....

A group buy would be interesting if you can get eh right product for the right price.

This is good idea. I have placed orders with other vendors instead of Autopia due to being able to get a bogo & free trial products.

Why not ask Autopia to match the BOGO when you order? I haven't tried it yet but I might try and see what happens

They wont, I have tried many times:(

I love the advice here, and sometimes find the bogo on AG great and end up getting other items too.

Another suggestion, trade in Autopia Tech for Nick :D

A BOGO would be a sensible idea since Autogeek is the main competitor, probably the biggest competitor also. Quantity pricing like Detailed Image would be good also, along with a weekly BOGO selection, now THAT would not just match, but beat everyone around.

But let's be fair, the items usually selected for the BOGO at Autogeek aren't the best products, but more house brands or overstock or something.

I don't think AG is a competitor, they both fall under PBMG name. I do not know the logistic of how independent they work though.

Nick is TOO valuable. I tried and they wouldn't let me! :rofl
