World record

Congratulations on reaching you goal. A world record is really something to be proud of. My hat is off to you sir ! Enjoy it and take a well deserved rest. Looking forward to your post on the forum when you return.

Come on Dave, you could have done that with your eyes closed! Lol great job. I knew from those popeye forearms that you enjoyed pumping some iron. Now let's get back to some detiailing

Dave,
:hurray::hurray::hurray::hurray::hurray::hurray::hurray::hurray:
Congratulations Dave. You are quite a young man. It seems as though everything that you set your mind to, you accomplish with nothing less then perfection.
I have missed you on the boards, but I now see what you have been up to, and I am very proud of you my friend!!!:thumbup:

Congrats Dave for setting a goal and beating it with a world record to boot! Now I see how your buffers die so easily :scared:

Dave, That is way impressive! A world record is a major accomplishment. (Is that obvious or what?) Now back to work. Looking forward to more spectacular details!

Dan

As somebody who never missed a workout for 7 years and who hasn't made a work out in the last 5 years ;) I almost know first hand the amount of dedication, education, learning, and training you put into this. Everything you set your mind to seems to come true (through your hard work) because you make it. Aim REALLY REALLY high Dave, you will have no problem reaching through the clouds and touching the stars.

Seriously awesome!

PS, even at my strongest, I was no where near as strong as you!

Dang! That's some serious weight Dave! Congrats on your WR too!!!

Nice to see you back buddy! :soldier:

I think we need a muscle man smiley for guys like Dave and Bob. :D

Thanks Todd. Yes it was a very long road and lots of 4:30am workouts, injuries and upsets along the way. I have no desire to make this sport a integral part of my life because I know where it leads.... but for now I will chase down whatever records I can get.

Honestly if you guys could just make this :White Horse: my official smiley I would be forever grateful.

Congrats Dave. I know how much work and dedication it takes to achieve such an accomplishment. As a gym rat, I have spent 20+ years training in my earlier years and then focused on simply maintaining later on. Injuries definitely slow you down. Once again congrats:Dancing Dot:

Well Done!

David:
As someone who competed in bodybuilding back in the day (the older I get, the better I was!), I applaud your dedication and hard work.
You do not get to where you are without either.
And I also applaud you accomplishing it drug free!
An amazing feat!!

WELL DONE!!
