Today's Detail - VM, RMG, UPP on Black.

Thanks for the info, I'll try some Clearkote QS as a mist and apply blue Natty's on top. Picked up a couple of bottles of Autoglym vinyl and rubber today, will try that too.

Looks great :xyxthumbs

I must dig out the AG Vinyl/Rubber stuff from my redundant box, as it seems to be quite effective :idea

Just wish I had found out UPP sooner, it took years off the appearance of my car, giving it back the new paint finish pop. Only have one coat on it so far (a week old), but seems to have lost a degree of slickness, now its been rained on. Must put another layer on.

Your car looks far too good for my liking! :lol

I thought it was light a bit earlier this morning - you probably got the Clio out of the garage then ;)

Quick update on this thread because we fianlly have some sun.

At last I have a chance to see that Flake I wanted.

I have added a coat of WG since, neither the UPP or WG has muted the flake. Not sure what to top it with now though? Any ideas of a wax that wont mute the look? Was thinking Nattys or Pinnacle Signature.

Heres the pics, full sun.

Oh. My. God.

It truly does not get much better than that.

With my experiences, Natty's didn't take away the look of the products underneath, just enhanced the wetness. It gets my vote :).

Sean definately hit the nail right on the head with his comment....I didn't think I could be more impressed by anything else you did to that Clio but that shot of the car with UPPX2 and WGX1, shade side....well....dear God in heaven....what a result! I just received my RMG yesterday and now have to get a good chunk of time to do a full exterior detail. I'll have to settle for doing it on flake silver, but I can't wait to see how this combo turns out.

The only thing I put on top of my 2x UPP and 1x WG after a quick detail was some Optimum spray wax, still very sparkly in the sun!
