Lunch/dinner thread.

I still make my own food. Cant really eat out due to absurd sodium levels in everything. The "heart healthy" menu selections usually have around 1k sodium!

Baked Kale ?!?!?!?

You better be able to be eat by the time DF comes around. I don`t think One hung lows or ruths chris has baked kale.
Well my heart diseases are for life along with my diet, but I will have more room to cheat by then but not a lot. I can literally feel the difference after I eat red meat. It sucks, yes,but much better than the alternative.

Well, as I`m sure you are aware... . Not all food products are created equally. This is the lowest sodium, sugar and carb teriyaki in the store. Well, in my city for that matter.
And it tastes very watered down but you can get some flavor from it.

The majority of the rest were double or more the sodium, sugar and carbs

While not ideal, I have to make due.

Just make boiled chicken

at least ya can get chicken/fish at both of those places.

Mmm steaks...I had one Saturday. I can only eat small steaks maybe once every other week. Doc said I need to cook them well done... I said that`s blasphemy!
