Nice to know that you're still around here too!


 


On-topic, I'm still too worried about tow/impound/etc. damage to my vehicles to do any big-number speeding.  Gets frustrating as my "natural rhythm" speed is generally fast enough to be a big deal.  Even when hauling dogs in the Tahoe, I find myself lifting a wheel on offramps if I don't make a conscious effort to keep it slow.


 


Having owned a scad of fast cars, including some borderline exotics, I honestly can't see how people enjoy driving such things on the street.  Driving something around at 3/10ths of its ability is merely an exercise in frustration to me.
