Zaino - Anything new coming out from them fairly soon?

I would like to add about Zaino... I used turtle wax and their ICE products, black magic & a few other random products prior to switching to Zaino collection. I am really pleased.

I used to wax my car about every 2-3 weeks weeks when using the turtle wax products but weren't really pleased.

So when I used zaino, I was pleasently surprised. And it gave off such a nice gleam even though I made many mistakes.... Here's a list of all my mistakes.

( I am still learning so there might be mistakes I might not be even aware of).

I could have used too little z5, or too much?...Claybar job was done briskly.... The cloths I used to wipe down & buff were all several months old...The cloths were poor quality off the shelf type and did I mention were all in a assortment of colors? The car was not completely dry due to trapped water in some parts of the car so while giving the car the z5 treatment the cloth got socked a little with water but I just carried on buffing with the same wet cloth turned inside out:tumblewee

I did not use the z-6 as recommended as I did not get the product...Didn't understand what it specifically did.

The buffing wasn't so good as I was getting a little tired and did a quick wipe off with the intention of removing the residue rather than "Buffing". Did I mention my car is alpine white?

But even with all the novice flaws, my car...into its 3rd week now after the Zaino treatment is still looking great/shiny like as thought I wrapped the car with the transparent plastic food wrap!:xyxthumbs .. The other day, I parked my car at the local mountain while I went for a jog...When I returned after the jog and saw it reflect off the sunset lights I was in bliss:drool: Well worth the dough I paid for the products.... Well done Sal and team..

I gave away all the "other"car products a couple of days back as the zaino collection does it for me and now my store's 2/3 clear of unwanted products!

(P.s. I have since be-friended the local Zaino team ever since and they have offered to do a workshop on detailing soon);)

Apply Zaino thin. I doubt you applied it too thin. Good quality MF towels are a must.

The boys over in the UK think its a very nice towel as its being tested over there.

An amateurs view on the new Zaino MF towels - Detailing World

A GREAT towel designed for removing ZAINO Z-6 or Z-8 and for the final "Buff"

- Featuring a Border-free design which will not cause scratches

- Efficient removal of product leaving an amazing finish

- Safe for all paint finishes

- Made in the USA

Size: 16" x 16"

Care Instructions:

Wash separately in warm water using a liquid detergent, without any bleach or softeners.

Air dry or tumble dry on low, without any dryer sheets.

Do not iron.

This microfibre towel will not scratch, however trapped grit or debris can scratch. As this towel is manufactured using a special non-hemmed border free process, some edge fraying is normal and you may also incur some initial linting.

I spoke with that Sal fella on the phone once. Told me I was a dang idiot if I used anything other than 100% made-in-the-USA cotton towels. Wonder what changed?

Glad I didn't listen. Love all my microfibers.

Right cause that what we need, more towels

You can't have too many towels. I probably have over 400 microfiber towels. Definitely interested in a high quality, thick, soft and borderless towel.
