I still prefer Mothers Tire and Rubber Cleaner over the Eagle One. It costs me a bit more, but it seems to cling to the tire better and I like how it suds up very slightly so that I know I'm using enough or not. You're also supposed to hose down the tire, as opposed to a dry tire I'm assuming.
I think EO intends to replace their Tire Cleaner with just A2Z, but I'm iffy on using A2Z all the time on my tires as it sometimes strips out all the old dressing unevenly, leaving the tire blotchy looking on occasion. I'm happy with just cleaning off the surface and not stripping it down to bare rubber, but if I wanted to, A2Z would be what I use.
I find the biggest thing that helps me though, is a scrub brush with fairly fine bristles to get into all the crevices.
