When I arrive in a new, unfamiliar town, I don`t go into a neighborhood bar and tell a Regular that he`s clueless or a baby or...well, much of anything.

But then I treat the Autopia Forums the same way I treat interactions IRL, where being impolite/inconsiderate can get you killed (or worse).

Well, dropped it off today...... Having mixed feelings. IMHO this will be very tough to get the panel alignment correct.
 
Told em, if it ain`t perfect, don`t try to give it to me..... Fix it right.

As a side not, there was a white z06 vert in for service (regular service not paint/body), it had the same problems at the front vents as mine. I showed the service writer.

On a side note - jeez this thread got out of hand back in August. Why do people feel the need to act like that? I will say it is awesome how quickly we have each other`s backs when that sort of nonsense happens.
 
Good luck, when you mention the panel alignment, you refer to the gap between fender-door and fender-hood? If so, they sell a taper tool through Amazon that helps you measure the gap and compare it if you want to check it before taking it home, although i would hope a good Body Shop would carry and use them .

Yep. But at the front, the seams are flush, and the way the hood opens/closes if it`s off, so is some more paint.
