Worlds best wax

I say the colors are the same and the descriptions are the same......its Victoria products.

3dog I agree. I've been using Victoria Wax for years and the colors are the same and even the names are almost identical, makes you wonder dosn't it.

I used WBW a few times with no problem. I like the wax a real lot and had no problems with it. I can compare it with Lusso Oro or Natties blue or Pete's 53. The only problem is that the container it comes in is a little too small, I replaced it. Frank can talk because he has a good product you won't be disapointed and I tried a lot of carnuba waxes

Any updates on those who've used WBW Connoisseurs? Just got mine and would like to hear from you.

It's an excellent wax ,it performs and lasts just as good as any other expensive wax on the market. The difference maker is your prep. All their products work excellent I especially like the Surface refresher (QD)

While I am waiting for CS and ZAIO to come out ( 2/7 by the way ) I ordered some.I am not a carnuba guy,but thought what the hell. I am comparing this to high end carnuba products I have tried before. Zymol estate,carbon,Souvran,P21S and Surluster.

For you guys that prefer carnuba this performs just as good if not better than the above.

What was most noticable is that it didn't dust like all the above, even Souvran for me dusted a little. And there was no oil clean up like Zymol. Gloss and depth were to me a notch above Souvran and Surluster. Like Souvran it gets better with layers.

The surface cleanser was real good too, but the Surface refresher was outstanding ( QD).

Like I said IMO a notch above Souvran, especially on dark metallics.

I love testing new products.

Can you just confirm which wax you are talking about. I am trying to find a really good quality wax for a deep red paint finish. Something I can layer up over time. The one you are describing sounds ideal. Thanks.

Wow , this was a long tome ago. Since then there have been so many great products that have come out. I think the super sealants have taken a giant leap forward. I think HD poxy looks as good as any wax out there. I also think that HD NitroSeal ,Wolfs Body Wrap and Prima's Hydroseal are some of the wettest glossiest looking LSP ever and the new OS is great too. All the products I mentioned can be layered. If you want a great carnuba wax I would try Clearkotes CMW. I still have 90% of my WBW Connoisseurs wax left.

Has anyone tried this. I ordered some and the guy said if I did not like it I could send it back and he would refund me plus postage.

Worlds Best Wax

ZOOM-ZOOM

Frankly it is like asking what is the world's best county, what is the world's best religion, what is the world's best political system, what is ????

There is no "best wax" or "sealant" except in the belief of the person who buys and uses it and receives an end result that meets their "personal" expectations.

In my opinion, and it is only mine, some are junk, some are better than others, however it is still up to the individual's choice of what fulfills their "perseved needs and expectations", perhaps even to the point of "does it make be part of a group that likes that wax, so I am in a comfort zone!"

All around the world, from many, many companies, waxes, car care products are formulated, belended and "marketed" by a few thousand companies.

Good marketing is usually the thing that results in a "product" that is one that meets the "marketed" expectations of the "targeted" market, so they sell a lot of it.

Think about it, put each's "personal" agenda behind you, consider why you may have made a decision to chose a product?

If it makes you happy, does what your agenda needs, your expections are fulfilled, then that is fine.

Just keep in mind some numbers, there are close 7 billion souls on this planet, the are sold each year in excess of 35,000,000 new vehicles each year.

Number of "used vehicles" on the roads today, well I could some research and come up with a "sort of number of such".

A lot of people, a lot of vehicles, a lot of such that are just plain transportation, and the owners could care less about how it looks, they only need it to get from point A to point B.

Think about such when such a question is put forth.

For there is something else to address, "almost 7 billion people, and all are from the same basic DNA, however, due to regilous and cultural differences as well a "economic", some are just happy to have a "car" to use instead of an oxen, etc.

Tell a person in a third world country that X is a better wax/etc to take care of their vehicle than Z, and you will most likely get a look like,"what planet are you from, I just want some gasoline!"

Get my drift, we are "spoiled", but then so many go out and buy an "ego feeder" vehicle, and have 5 or 6 years of payments, take care of it's required maintance for the first couple of years, including the finish and such and grow tired of it by the last 3 or 4 and still have a year or so payments/lease to work with.

The "bloom" is off of that "Rose" and so ----you know what happens to most, not all, but most.

Im pretty biased, but Garry Dean's Eye Candy paste wax is absolutely fanmotherfreakintastic! Just sayin...

^^^ Lol... is it the world's best though? I'd love to find something that knocks out CG50/50 from my #1 spot.

When I saw the thread title I tought I was on a different forum...

really 'what is the worlds best wax'? :0

best at what?

what criteria are you using to make this choice?

what is the price range to consider?

what parts of the 'world' are you taking into consideration?

Garry you don't need to answer these questions ;)

I started this thread over 5 years ago. Dang time flys by. I still have about 80% of the jar that I bought back then. Now I use Vintage as my wax and Poxy as my sealant. I would still say WBW is a OK wax for the money. But I like Dan's reply for using 50/50.

Garry, I may have a 3rd party willing to test your wax out and give an honest opinion and assessment of the product. His name is Dr. Nuba.

The great thing about HD POXY, is that it isn't color specific. :)

If you are after a WET finish, this hybrid wax should be at the very top of your list. Extremely easy to use, doesn't stain, sun friendly, and you can layer it.

Garry, I could not find this wax listed on your website. Do you have a link and do you ship to Canada?
