Wolfgang Fuzion?

I detailed that car last week and it sure did come out great. No lie, Fuzion actually made a big difference; I couldn't get over the wetness.

MDRX8 - C5s are getting A LOT more affordable. I got my '01 Z06 back in January for $23k and prices are going down even more...you can find '01-'02s for around $21k if you look around, and FRCs (base C5, Z06 bodystyle) are going for $14-16k. I don't know what RX8s are worth but I don't think a C5 would be too far out of reach for you.

I would say if your in the market for a $50 wax this is a great wax. Why $50 becuase it is on sale for $100 and you get one refill. I had the chance to use it this weekend on my fiance DD Accord. It made the car have a nice warm glow to it, even she commented and she was not happy with me having the car a few hours and she was stuck at the house. The wax went on easily, says to do a panel at a time but I chose to put it on the entire car and then buffed off. It was instant slickness. We shall see how well it holds up. The things I like about AG is their large selctioo, customer serivce, fast shipping and there is always a deal. I still like to spread the wealth amongst other venders as well but AG has never dissapointed me.

I got some from Toto to try (thanks again!). Pretty nice product overall. Easy on and off like S100 is. Look is wetter than Souveran, but doesn't darken as much as CMW. Definitely has its own look.

Few shots of my Maxima with Fuzion.

Next time I wash my car, I'll add another layer and then leave it alone. Probably do a combination of ONR washes and coin-ops with conventional car wash soap to see how it holds up.

Just to prove a point that I said on 8-7-2008

Fusion was $175 now reduced to $125 and with the fall 20% discount I picked up a Fusion for $100

well worth it

How do you figure?

I have tested Fuzion and here is my thoughts...

Most expensive sealant on the market, and it has carnauba durability. When Fuzion went on sale most of us joked, "How long until the price drops hugely.." now we know.

Generally speaking, if it has polymers it is a sealant. There are plenty of great blended, polymer/wax products out there that cost far less...

I'm not saying it isn't a good product, because it looked nice. It didn't look better then Meguiars #26, and it didn't last as long as M26 either... Both are blended waxes, but for 1/10th the price I got a deeper look and longer durability from M26, so to me 100 dollars seems a little steep.

Lets keep in mind that in the sealant world, 100 dollars will buy a lot, the complete Werkstatt System, Zaino Z2,Z5,Z6,ZFX and more...

A hundred and a free refill make the price $50. I think that $50 is fair these days.I used the product I liked the out come. But then again that's my opinion

Doesn't look all that spectacular based on Scott's pictures. It's nice but not $100 nice.

What really is? I've never seen huge differences in LSPs except for ease of use and durability.

Honestly, I think Carnauba Moose looks better on my particular color. On a metallic black WRX I did last weekend, Fuzion looked absolutely killer. Didn't take pics though, really bad lighting-half shade, half sun and nowhere to move it. Fuzion looked pretty good on this black Cayenne...

Is Fuzion worth $175 with a free refill? Probably not. Is it worth $100 with a free refill? If it is more durable than Souveran (which right now, I have no idea if it is), then yes, it probably is.

Right now Souveran with Polycharger isn't worth the money because it only has a one year shelf life.
