I have white letter tires on one of my vehicles and I used to use Westley's bleche-white, that is until I looked closely at my chrome wheels one day; oh my god they were practically destroyed. The acid ate right into the chrome. I am prresently using EO wheel cleaner and EF, they work really well, but does anyone remember back when white letter tires were REALLY popular, there was a "white letter tire stick" you could buy to "rewhiten" the letters. Anyone remember the name or know of a place that sells it? I've searched everywhere, on the internet, stores, you name it.:nixweiss
If you take nothing else from this post remember, chrome and bleche-white do not mix; highly acidic! It does say that on the bottle if you read close enough, but if you're anything like me you just like the fact that it works.
