I've just back from renault after spending 2hours down there, was gonna order today but couldn't decide on the colour so im going back in the morning to sign everything up...

im soooooooo excited and getting a great deal....

I ordered a 182 with both cup packs. but i just hope i've made the right choice with the colour, it was out of racing blue, artic blue and black gold. Oh no!!!!!! Guest what i went with?????

Because its dirty after 3 miles!

Lol and thats is probably the only reason i didnt go for it, although i wanted it so badly. The racing blue i still haven't seen one so thats why i didnt get that and i've gone for artic blue cause its a nice colour and the clio i have now is black so it will be a change for me..... But something deep inside me keeps shouting out black gold..... I just hope i dont regret it at a later date!!!!

is the artic blue similar to the 172 cup colour or is me being stupid? i know they are not the same but they look quite close.

Are you guys talking about the new clio 182 sport 'cup' model??

I have heard really good things about them - how do you guys rate them?

I haven't thought about chaning my 3-series recently as I needed it as a family car, but the missus now has a new honda FRV so the BM could go now.

Anyway - a mate of mine has just taken delivery of a 182 sport 'cup' with all sorts of extras on it - paid just £12,400 for it on the road including a cat1 and tracker fitted. Is this a good price? what other deals are there on them??

hey, thats about right price wise, the 182 is very quick, and handles brilliantly, but there plagued with bad build quality and crap customer service (not all but afew of them)

i personally would never buy another one, but i had alot of problems with mine, i had it 6 monthe from new and i had

1. misaligned door (had to pay myself !!)

2. leaking engine oil (£900 worth of warranty, top of engine rebuild))

3. new exhaust after 5k (£700 of warranty)still not right after

4. faulty alarm (never got fixed, dealer couldnt fix it)

5. service lights/brake lights etc coming on intermitently (never got fixed, dealer couldnt fix it)

5. banging on accelertaion (never got fixed, dealer couldnt fix it)

6. faulty shock absorber tops

7. knocking when turning

+ lots of other bits

all within 6 months from new

heres my old one

sorry chap thought you knew there reputation, look here for colour comparison http://forum.cliosport.net/display_...forum=0&searchSort=dateDESC&ReturnPage=Search

Matt, the Artic Blue is a nice colour, I was going to get that but it looked so alike to my 205 I wanted a change, and had stupidly alwys wanted a black car! doh.

Good price tho, I payed 12.6 for mine from the dealer.

As for problems mine have started too, wont start first time when inbetween warm and cold when left 2-3 hours, but is fine from Hot or Cold start. At over the legal speeds ( on a track day of course) at top of 4th gear and in fifth it sounds like the car is going to fall apart. I think one of the heat sheilds is rattling on the exhaust, not sure what to do about this as the dealer wont be able road test it at that speed to hear the problem?

If you are looking for depth and wetness?

I would personally go with

#80 speed glaze

VM

EX

Nattys

Gives you wetness and depth. I have pretty much that on my car just now, except ex-p instead of ex and I prefer ex on my dark blue astra coupe as it gives nice depth u see>>>>

Wow, I have not had any where near that many problems with my 10 year old Alfa.

If you really want a deep wet finish it is easy - One Grand Glaze & Blitz
