That's pretty weird. Have you tried foam applicators? I really hope that i could use Scratch X as a swirl remover (for small areas, without breaking otu the PC), but i can't get any results.

Were you buffing it dry? I haven't noticed any difference with ScratchX but in theory you should work the product hard (with passion as Barry like to say) until it's not quite dry (sort of goes from white to clear) and wipe off.
