i agree with spilchy...

me compared to a pro, and your gonna say the pro is gonna know whats better to wear when using shoes? um ok.. id understand if it was a detailing question, but come on its shoes... and i have stood on the wheels of suvs to do the top before, with no problems what so ever...

Yeah but do you do it on a daily basis as a business..

I do on a 3 day schedule. I think people that detail cars on a weekend basis dont have as much stress as those who actually do this for a living, so thats where the PRO comes in fyi

Stress??? You've got to be joking. Stress is a fact of life and not business specific.

I'm going to assume you've just made a poor choice of words.

O.K. maybe he did mean stress on the feet. That isn't job specific either. Thanks to you being helpful and on topic as well.

Stress, what stress? I am not a pro, not even close,so I wear whatever I feel comfy, tennis shoes or sandals.

I've already posted a suggestion.

I felt compelled to stick up for him as you were being a jerk and counterproductive.

I believe he meant the stress of detailing professionally vs. detailing your own car on weekends.

I think everyone has their own preference on what works for them. There is no wrong answer here so let's not get in an argument over silly things.

I know ncal! It looks like to me it's more of a personal problem than a matter of preference with that dude.:nixweiss

ZaneO,

I too had already posted a suggestion that was topic related. In fact I provided a link for possible solutions. This thread went South and became counter productive the minute someone suggested that one persons/groups opinion wasn't as valuable as anothers. By the way who are you calling a jerk? Isn't name calling one of things you agree not to do as a member in good standing? If you've got a problem with one of my posts report it to a moderator and let them make the call or contact me personally but don't call me names on a public board you don't even know me.

Gentlemen, please.... If I see anymore rude posts, personal attacks, or name calling, I'm going to lock this, otherwise useful thread.
