Oh Oh, now he's looking into my profile. LOL Get over it already, .....

LOL, you're like a neurotic :nervous2:10 year old getting yourself UPSET :argue :furious:over a towel.

....waaaa there not the same...waaaaaaaaaa! I'm angry......waaaaaaa ....:argue..LOL:har::har::har::har:

you spread wrong information and you have no proof in your hands (listen to what the others are trying to say too, or are you just one sided?). people like you are what make great boards like Autopia go down hill (go somewhere else and spread your wrong info, and get it through your little head that all microfiber are not created equal). hopefully, the next time we look into your profile, it will say :banned: . me upset, over someone childish like you? please, i dont think so LOL... you fail to see that many on here can see right through you too. you are digging your hole bigger and bigger, shhhhh...

p.s. the reason for looking into your profile is to see where your link to walmart was. i wanted to buy something online...

The quality of the towels coming from China have actually gotten a lot better. Recently I've noticed that the materials to make the towels are purchased in Korea and made in China.

You just have to take it in. There are many towel manufactures some in Korea, others in China. Korea made are better since they split the fibers but cost more. Thats why Cobra, CG, Detailed Image, etc. towels are different from what you find at Wallmart, Dollar Stores etc. Some of them use higher quality fibers and materials which is the same reason that all 100% cotton shirts vary in softness and texture.

Once you use a good quality MF you will have realized that you were wrong.

They are not and maybe you should listen to BigAl since he usually knows what he is talking about. I also have both the Sonus Yellow WW and the Blue WW. I have the Walmart WW towels as well. They are NOT the same..Not even close.

1flyfisher...perhaps you should stop acting like a child. Consider this a warning.

can't you comprehend this info, as well as what others are trying to tell you?

Thats true, thats because Korea has some of the few fiber spiting machines and China has cheap labor. Combined you have a great quality towel for a reasonable price. The quality is only going up because the material is from Korea.

1FlyFisher, I dare you to buy a REAL quality towel and compare it to the garbage chinese material and manufactured towels. Soak both towels in water and clearly u have one absorbing 2x the other while being much softer and wont loose its softness after a few washes.

1FlyFisher..Since you have nothing useful to contribute to the forum and continue to antagonize and provoke other forum members consider yourself banned.:rules:

Someone should delete the post made by 1flyfisher, it just clutters up this thread with valuable information.

On another note, I'm finally going to be purchasing my first batch of supplies and I just have two last questions.

1) The link that was provided a couple of pages back for Excel Monterey WW Drying Towel's no longer is active, where else could I get them, or can I just get the Blue Pearl MF Drying Towel? Only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have the satin edging like the Monterey.

2) I'm kind of really leaning towards Chemicalguys Fluffer Miracle Supra MF Towel because of the value, 6 for $24.95. I'd really like to know people's experience/response in regard to these.

Thank You.

There are so many good towels out there now. It's not hard to find good ones. Even OTC you can get some really good ones. There is no way to pick a best.

I have 12 waffle weaves and with proper maintenance they are still absorbing like new but I prefer the non waffle weaves now. They work better IMO. They are gentler on the paint, absorb better and seem to hold more water. They definitely are better for rinseless washes and you can get some nice ones OTC. I don't see myself buying another waffle weave again.

Excel is now West Coast Detail Supply and the Monterey is called the WCDS 2436:

There are a couple of other places that sell this same ultra soft drying towel but I haven't compared prices for a while.
