Psssst, I have a secret for you. I have found a way to have your cake and eat it too. Here it is.
Prep the surface
Apply VM by hand or PC
Apply one or more layers of EX-P
Wet, reflective, and clear.
VM has a very very wet look to it, however in my experience I find it doesnt produce great reflections, then again being a glaze primarily thats not its job either. EX-P is very clear, and super reflective. I find EX-P a defenite contender to Zaino in terms of clear, reflective. The benefit of EX-P is it bonds well to most anything, and still is a sealant by design with great durability. Now I wouldnt say it can compete with Zaino in durability, but 4-6 months should be no sweat from what I have seen on my own car so far. EX-P is unique to me in that its ability to bond to most anything, coupled with its very clear, reflective look makes it almost a PERFECT match for topping VM. It gives a clear and very reflective look, yet it takes on the properties of VM due to its clarity and provides a very wet looking shine. This is my favorite combo, it would take alot to steer me from this combo. I give credit for this to Scottwax, been thanking him ever since recommending this. It gives me everything I want with nearly no tradeoffs :bow
