OK boys and girls... I just hit the 70 pound milestone. In January I weighed 310, now 240. Complete lifestyle change.
No sugar, no flour, no bread, no pasta, no rice, no potatoes.
Determination.
Way to go man! 70lbs is getting into "I don't recognize him" category for people who haven't seen you since you started.
I need to step up my dedication like you have...

Great job Bill. I was inspired by your thread, so as I said above, I hit the gym, changed my eating habits (got a great plan online) and am down 7 lbs of the 20 I wanted to lose already.
