South Beach is the diet for life....I always recommend that if sum one mentions diets.The other thing is that its gourmet food....there is food prep and sum efforts required in the kitchen....but I like to cook... this diet makes anyone a better cook...do you agree with that ?
Absolutely! The doctor who wrote the book "The South Beach Diet" is a cardiologist. His intent was to develop a lifestyle nutrition that would help his patients have a healthy heart and lose weight as a side benefit!
SBD does make you a better cook too!
