Wedding rings

My wedding ring sits in my change holder in my car at all times unless we're going out somewhere together. I can't wear mine mon-fri because I'm an aircraft mechanic and its one of those "safety violations" if I wear it while working out there. Then on the weekends is when I get my weekend warrior detailing done, and I definitely don't wear it then either. I lost my first wedding ring by putting it in my pocket at work, so the band she got me to replace it is being held in a safer location this time :D
 
Been married 11 years with 4 kids...neither of us are going anywhere. She lost hers about 3 years ago, I took mine off about 2 years ago. you could always do what people who work around machinery or play sports do, throw a loop of athletic tape around it.
 
Married 11 years and it's never been off my finger. Never had an issue detailing, although, not professionally. My 16610 is a safe queen. Flawless condition and rapidly becoming a collectors item.
 
I've been wearing mine for over 6 years now and rarely take it off. ....and when I do, it's typically only briefly. In my case, it's not for lack of trust or to show off. It's a very simple, slim, gold band (which is what I asked for). I guess it's more of a sentimental thing for me. ....oh, and I've never had an issue of it getting in the way when working in the garage/yard/house or detailing my vehicles.
