Thank you. The first two answer wasn't an answer because I know you need to strip wax off before wet sanding...... I just want to know if wet sanding , compound, polish will work if wax is still on it. Yesterday I want to take a scratches out on a spot but the wax was on it. I started to wet sand it and it feel like very hard to do it with 2000 paper.Maybe the OP was wondering if the existing wax needed to be stripped before starting the wet sanding, compounding, polishing process. (Which I don't think is necessary)
