ah, bigron, i wish i knew a way to contact a tennis pro to talk to.... maybe ill talk to a trainer of some type. the person that i know is really good is one of my aunty's friends. he was a tennis player, then became a weightlifter, and held some kinda record for bech (425lbs in the 150lb class i think). however, the thing that i find is the downfall of that is that he more or less believes in all natural, whey if anything. however, i've been taking whey after my workout for the last almost year, and havent reallly seen any significant gains. how many times a day do you guys take your protein? i used to take it once a day, immediately after my workout, however, im starting to feel that i shoulld take it more than once a day to get my muscles to recover faster. ex, i should take it in the morning, then after my workout which will be in the evening, so i would take it twice a day. what do you guy think?
