Most companies ask you for an email and will email you monthly specials and promotions.
Much more cost effective... considering the amount of "junk mail" received at a house, many one time buyers won't even look at it and just toss it.
I still get catalogs for the person that lived in the house before me, and I've had my house for over 4 years!!
A real waste of money
