Thoughts on LSP following Presta workout

* Black Wool Heavy Cut

* Black Foam Heavy Cut

* Yellow Wool Medium Cut

* Yellow Foam Medium Cut

* Blue Wool Light Cut

* Blue Foam Light Cut

* Green Wool Polish

* Green Foam Polish

* White Foam Super-Soft Polish

"Process this evening: UCCL (green pad)>#1500 (blue pad)>Z*PX (blue Propel on PC)>1Z Glanz Wax (grey finishing pad on PC)"

hmmm did you use the less aggressive wool with UCCL and a more aggressive wool with #1500?

Attic, Ryan is correct - - the green is more aggressive. Based on your description "light dealer installed swirls (toyota paint)", do you need aggressive action?

I try to keep things "simple". You may easily get away with taking this light correction course and could purchase more aggressive, if needed. We'll have to defer to Ryan as he is the resident expert. (I work on the thought process of "get more aggessive IF/WHEN needed".) You could follow up with the PC + SMR on a foam pad. That may be all you need.

ok thanks

also confused on the aggressiveness order of UCCL/1500/swirl remover

is that correct?

Im going by the suggested wool for each

Uccl suggested yellow wool

1500 suggested green wool

swirl remover suggested blue wool

I was just confused by the order presta listed their wool

I want to start with the least aggressive process like you but would like more aggressive on hand

Thanks to Tom and Ryan for all your info on the presta products.

I called a local supplier around me and the prices for Presta where pretty high.

SMR or 1500 $27 each qt

black wool $20.25

Green wool $21.87

Green foam $23.23

Look on ebay for a seller that has most of this stuff, just search presta. If you are buying only one item, then with shipping its about the same, but if you buy a few items or more then you will be better off going thru ebay.

I have to say ryan helped me out alot!!!! and Tom those pics look great ive only had a chance to try the presta/pad combos onces and what a pleasure they are

detailing is part time for me so hopefully soon ill be able to try them out again!!!

Those prices sound about right.

I contacted the ebay seller and they never replied. :nixweiss They do offer the best pricing I've seen if they are willing to combine shipping charges.

Tom, They will combine shipping. Just make all your purchases and then send them a request for payment total. From FL to GA it was $14 shipping for 2 qts of polish, 1 pad and 1 adapter.

I got everything today.

Oh, that's a good deal. Can you say what they charged for the adapter and the pad?

Thx.

(Did you have to telephone them to get them to respond?)

Tom, $15-17 for the pads and $14 I think for the adapter.

Clear out your PM box and I will send you the links.
