The only issue I have experienced was a bit of dried product being difficult to remove. I apply it with a blue 5.5" pad on the PC. My last Volvo had 3 coats that lasted the full year I owned it..
Agree for the most part, especially about how it cleans up, but the looks are gonna be subjective. I myself think it looks OK on some paints, really nice on others, but would be downright *wrong* for what I want on certain paints.
The residue from excess can be a bit of a hassle (and note that I'm a fanatic about thin applications too) and I have some in PPF seams that's just not gonna come out 100% unless I get (too) aggressive about it.
I ran into some issues with pseudo-holograms when I layered it, but five coats are lasting...well...let's just say that (layered hevily) it's a semi-permanent coating that's good for a lot longer than a year (at least the way I use and wash the vehicle). I'd wait as long as possible when layering, the conventional wisdom of a day or so between coats wasn't long enough in my case.
The pseudo-holograms aren't impossible to sort out the way they can be with 476S, but they're still a real PIA and I wouldn't want to deal with them on soft paint as you do need to get pretty aggressive. And they only show up under very specific conditions, which makes the whole thing even more of a hassle.
