The Story Behind Meg's G110 Dual Action Machine

I own both the Porter Cable and the G110, both are good machines that certainly improve detailing and results. I haven't used the UDM, but it seems to be an improvement, and David certainly has offered to replace any defective machine. Even new car models have some quirks to be worked out. It seems that the new Flex is in the next generation of improved machines that will make our efforts even better in detailing.

Some hear are a little rough on Terry of Classic Motoring. Keep in mind that he brought us Pinnicle Line (eventually sold it to Max at AutoGeek) which we all loved. He then brought us Sonus(which he sold to David), and now Blackfire, which is damn good.

David, Terry, and Max, have brought us all very good products for our detailing use, and will continue to give us great products, including these machines, that make are life easier. They all collectively stand behind their products and regardless of origin. I for one appreciate their efforts. We owe them all.

Well said. I live in Tampa and have found them excellent to deal with.

After reading this post all I have to say is that no matter what if you go with the flex, udm, g110, or pc they will not remove swirls like a rotary does. Of course this is just my finding but I have had the chance to use a flex, pc, and udm. The flex has more power but I have found myself to go to my hitachi rotary to get the best finish. Long story short I also start my polishing with a rotary and used to finish up with my pc until now. Just last week I gave my pc to my brother and I picked up a UDM. I went the UDM just because its easy to return if need be. As for the Flex, I love the machine when I got to use it (my friend ownes one) but since I have not been working as much as I used to I did not feel the need to spend $300 on a machine that use to follow-up my rotary work. End of story :)
