The single most effective detailing product I've ever used!

Why Adam's over others? I find Adam's harder to buff than me detail sprays so more inconvenient.
I think Adam's is very slick/lubricated, leaves an exceptional gloss. It's versatile. Which versatile detail spray do you like?

I mostly use Mothers Showtime (got a bunch when I bought some clay on sale at $4 per box) but also Meg's detailer since I have it too. I just think Adam's is a bit more difficult to remove and no need for any gloss so have other alternatives.

What are you using as a lube? I have found it to matter more than with regular clay. Generally speaking, ONR and Dodo Juice Born Slippy have worked best for me.

You also have to be far more aware of "outkicking your coverage" (football analogy in honor of the Super Bowl).

Ive been using Pros "wipe out",its my preferred lube I get at my local detailshop and avoid shipping charges.

I also have Mothers,Megs 34,Evercoat lubri-shine and ONR and every single one of then did not prevent marring on the Toyota paint.

Havent tried the born slippy,I like the name!:D

Yes, it does marr badly on some paints . For those I use blackfire clay .

For the harder paints that it does not marr its so much easier and less time consuming, thats why I love it.

Its just one of those products you must be careful with if you dont plan on polishing.

I just tried the born slippy with the magna sponge on my white toyota paint .........still got marring!

Has anyone had no marring with the magna sponge and toyota paint ?

If so please tell me what clay lube you are using, thanks!

I love it how everyone was making Born Slippy to be the end all as far as clay lubes. While it's good, it's not THAT good!

When you say marring, do you mean scuff-looking marks or added swirl-type scratches?

IME, the former is caused by lack of lube and is irritating but corrects very easily with an AIO like XMT 360.

The latter would be interesting to me. I decided to play with BF Clay Extender and my Magna Sponge. (I doubt that this application is approved by either side.) Before applying, the sponge felt smooth but, after, definite sharp contaminates (easily felt) were released.

FWIW - I have done soft black Lexus paint with no marring and also marred the crap out of soft blue Hyundai paint - both with Born Slippy. I've done "normal" paints with ONR (clay lube strength) and only had the former-type marring.

Im talking scuff like marks .

Yes I know they can be polished out with AIO but Im not able to do that with my physical condition right now.

That is why Im looking to go straight tp OCW (spray wax)

Ive had a couple Lexus also no problem.:)
