Brand new house, keeps popping breakers with vacuum cleaner, another room with laser printer.
Electrician told me to plug vacuum into bathroom........ :wall
Call the electrician back out and have him check the GFI circuit. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, it looks like that`s what he was getting at when he told you to plug into the bathroom.
Could be a bad ground in the wiring (not totally uncommon with new construction). I know it`s frustrating, hope you get it solved.
Already know I have wiring problems.....
Electrician who put in my ceiling fans found one problem already.
I don`t think there are more crazy people than there were years ago. The internet just gave them a megaphone. That and conformation bias combined with the echo chamber effect of social media and the broadcast infotainment "news" segmentation, it`s the perfect storm of people only talking to others that agree with them.Ronkh- But back then people had a better understanding of what was/wasn`t humor. Or crazy talk.

Apparently Pledge is great for windows and paint also?
New house... They probably used the cheapest GFI hardware they could pass inspection with. Good luck.
They may have put a lot of outlets on one circuit too. If the electrician says to put it in the bathroom outlet, it is because it is usually a 20A circuit and not many other outlets or lights on it.

Seems like a lot of grads are being barred over Dress Code [nonsense], but OTOH just because I think it`s [nonsense] that doesn`t invalidate arguments to the contrary. I mean...everybody gotta...(what do they say these days?)... be representing these days, in stark contrast to when we went to school and simply wore what was proscribed by Authority Figures and then did our own thing after we were out of there. Taught us that the world doesn`t revolve around little ol` us. Not like a Marine [INSERT expression of utter respect] can wear whatever he/she wants while in the Corps.
Eh, another topic where I get caught on the fence![]()
