Well, used Z with ZFX this week. Overall, it was VERY easy to apply three coats. I have a new black car that had some swirls, so I used three coats of Z5. I'll be darned if it didn't actually make a difference with the swirls! I wasn't expecting much. As far as the shine goes...very nice, but I'm reserving judgement until I put the 3 coats of Z2 on today.
Two questions...I didn't Z6 between coats. Only after the third coat. Is this a big problem? Should I Z6 between the coats today?
After I get the Z2 on today, I'll have 3 coats. When do you know you need to apply more? Simply by the look?
BTW...Thanks to the advice here, I think I did pretty well with making the coats THIN!! I was able to do all three coats with 2 oz's and had maybe .25 to .5 oz's left. Thanks !
