There is a learning curve I need to get through but using it today for the first time with about 10 minutes of instruction from Renny (over the phone!!) I think I did pretty good.

I am certain I just scratched the surface of its capabilities.

So far I am very happy with it. :getdown

Joe, we have great success with the larger triangular tool, wrapped in a white towel to absorb the soil.

While the pores of the leather are warm and expanded, apply the leather conditioner...

Sweet. Wait til you see what it can do on wheels and tar!

Steam not only cleans well but it opens up the pours in the leather so applying conditioner to it right after steaming, while the leather is still warm, is a good idea too.

Superior Fine- Glad to see the steamer is already working out so well for you!

How soft are the bristles on that attachment? Seems like all the brushes that came with mine are sorta stiff, to the point that I usually end up putting a MF between them and the leather just to be of the safe side.

I bet the nozzles of our (different mfg'er) steamers would interchange, so if your brushes/etc. are a lot more gentle I might look into that

I had the same thought about the brushes. They do soften up when hot and they didn't damage the leather so.........

Ah, I'll try heating mine up really good and see what I think of 'em then. I suppose *which* leather I'm working on will make a big difference too.
