Yes, some people don't like this vanity number, because
it is only valid from cell phones. How much of an issue
is this to our profession? What percentage of owners
who care about their cars don't already use a cell?
I personally have no idea, but I would wager over 80%.
The penny pinchers who don't have a cell are less likely
to want their car detailed. They save money and do it themselves.
Having to need two numbers is the largest argument against star star numbers, but factoring in the value of
a name like gloss outweighs this hugely
