So what's in the bag?

Damn, I'm so jealous! I have been dying to try out their lineup ever since you told me about them. I'm curious to see how they do on different types of paint and how they compare to Menzerna. Your black Escalade would be a great test vehicle, having extremely soft paint. Do you know what the ultimate test vehicle would be?? I would have to say an 03' Electron Blue Z06 Corvette :D :D You know... because it has extremely hard paint. I actually know someone that has one if you need a test vehicle?? I'm pretty sure he has a heated garage too! :chuckle:

Lets get together and do the Vette

I have a total of 11 days off from work between Chrismas and New Years if you want to get together. Since your Escalade is extremely soft black and my Vette is rock hard blue, it would be a good test to do both of our cars and see how these products stack up.

Hey, Bence, if the importer is looking for somebody to try the products out with a Flex XC 3401 VRG, then I'll raise my hand!!! Love my Menzerna (esp. IP), but always looking for something as effective, but with less dust. I could hold off on doing my cobalt blue '04 Audi Allroad which hassome moderate swirls and other surface defects. Actually, since it's my car, I could do some 50/50s with my Menzerna polishes.

Figure it doesn't hurt to ask!

I have to check everything with the importer. Dunno what their intentions are...

Sounds like a plan!

We'll make your Vette look insane:laugh: We will have to wrap it up with 20 coats of Zaino to keep it locked in

The Escalade :doh . We will have fun with that. Correct with S17 via LC blue pad and finish with S40 via blue LC pad.

Sounds good Ryan. I can't wait to have my Z06 looking the way it should and I'm sure you feel the same way about the Escalade. It's just so hard to find the time these days. Too bad the weather is crappy and is going to be here to stay for quite a while. We'll have to pick a day that works for both of us. We'll talk sometime over the weekend and make definite plans.

Must get you a sample of the S30+, shame that I almost out of it :(

A15 is also a good compound for valeting, it contains silicones and wax. Cuts almost as good as S17 but leaves protection. Perfect for car dealers.

Here are some more photos of Scholl concetps products

Thanks Marcus!

I would love to try out the S30+.

I like that little magnification eye piece on your table! I forgot to ask you how you liked it?

Hi guys, I'm back from Budapest.

Marcus is right, the A15 is a nice product (it has even better gloss than the S17 according to Scholl), and is a fine one-step for volume projects. The S30+ is targeted against the Menz 106 series. I haven't tried it myself, but I witnessed a demo and it worked pretty good.

I must notice that it is still surprising for me how high RPMs Scholl people use even when applying waxes with a rotary (2000-2500 RPMs are not uncommon).

I got the OK from Scholl and the importer to gather the appropriate infos so email me if interested (plummer@t-online.hu). I'll forward the questions to Scholl Concepts.

Láttam az emailt! :D

It can be used basically every known way. I used my W06 only about 6-7 times, so I can say that it looks good after the 2nd and/or 3rd layer. I saw a demo where a Scholl detailer used the W09 paste (pre-softened, aka pudding) with rotary with the orange pad at 2500 RPMs and took it off with the black pad at 1500.

Do you let it haze or remove it immedietly?
