White95Max said:SG is not going to be as durable if you apply it over a glaze. If that doesn't concern you, then by all means, apply the glaze.
You can apply multiple layers of SG if you want, but it's mainly for durability purposes. You should at least QD the car if you wait 12hrs to apply another coat of something.
