Oops, I misplaced this post. Anyway......
As Footy said, I bought one for my Boxster and last week made one myself for my S4. Cost about $2. I simply bought some sheet rubber, cut a rectangle the size of the flap I wanted and then used a spraypaint cap as a guide and cut a circle in one end. Took like 15 minutes of time.
And it works!!!!!! My wife caused the filler to overflow (AGAIN!!!!) at the pump and gas hit the rubber sheath and dripped harmlessly to the ground. Now the S4 is wife-proof.

This is the store-bought one for the Porsche. I actually like my home made one better.
