Will add review comments later...initial impressions:

1. Very, very soft.

2. Thin (on purpose) ww 16x27 inch in size.

3. Seems perfect for qd work and final buffing. Might be excellent for glass as well.

4. Light blue in color with darker blue silk one piece edging.

Nice towel so far. Try and take some pics soon...

I would be curious to see how these work, considering their WWs. I guess you will not dry your vehicle with them? Let us know how they work on QD, final buff and maybe glass.

I plan to use the thicker Pak ww mf for drying. I will test these on qd and glass...probably have some time over lunch tomorrow.

A little OT, but is it just me or is the PakShak glass towel just a smaller version of their WW drying towel?

Let me know how the new ultasoft towel works out for and for what tasks.

I believe that is correct but perhaps Ranney will discuss.

The new UltraSoft is thinner than my glass ww from Pak.

I used the UltraSoft for a Z-8 QD today. It worked very well. I think you can use it to apply the Z-8 or alternatively you could use an UltraSmooth and then go over the panels with the UltraSoft to dry.

It's a very soft towel and got softer after the first wash. Highly recommended. :)

Wow those apples are glossy! :xyxthumbs

It's because they're covered in wax (that can be consumed), honestly! Consumers prefer shiny apples despite having no impact on taste. It also helps to prevent from rotting quickly.

Looks like a great, soft QD towel Lee. I like the edging too. The thin towel seems perfect for Z8 as it won't absorb (waste) too much of it. As long as it is soft, the thin nature wouldn't bother me.

lol, I know...they just caught my eye with their extreme gloss!

LOL. They are fake apples we use for decoration. :)

My apple waxing process was Z-PC followed Z-2 Pro X 3.

Just kidding. ;)

Got my first shipment of tangerine's in today

Don't feel or look any different than ultra plush but I haven't washed them yet

I've never washed before first use before.

The ultra soft looks to me like a superior version of Detailers Paradise Wheel waffle's which I like so much

Looks nice. I think I am going to have to buy some new towels soon. Is the UltraSoft any good for taking off wax? What's the difference between UltraSmooth and UltraSoft?

The difference is that the UltraSoft is a ww while the UltraSmooth is a short fiber plsuh towel. Both work great at removing wax but I still like an edgeless for that....I continue to experiment with the UltraSoft however.

Hi Guy,

from what i read, most are using it for QD or waxing...

but will you guys use it for drying? like the curent WW 16"x24" or 25" x 36"

for drying, is it better than the WW 16"x24"

the ultrasoft is 16"x27" seems a bit too big a piece for QD???

Mostly door and boot jambs would be my use so to keep the normal Pakshak WW's clean

Dang it. You know I've just found out the other day that PakShak is in Hawaii. And with the type of products they carry, you know how much I could've saved on shipping!!! I found them because I was looking for a Zaino supplier that would ship to Hawaii.

Doh!!!
