What are you going to protect the roof of that BMW with?
That roof has only seen 303 Fabric Protector since 2010. It`s the only stuff I would use. Beads water like crazy. Tried Ragg Top years ago & thought it sucked.

Did the builder put in a floor drain for you too?
Use Sonus Motor and Trim Kote and spray it directly into the grill. Let it dry and clean up excess overspray on the paint with detail spray. Much easier that way lol.
Problem was that I had CarPro PERL still on there turning the whole grill white (like it did with my other trim) had to APC it off with a toothbrush.
Here`s a picture of how PERL acted on my trim (grill basically looked the same):
Thanks for the tip, and I got some Sonus Motor Kote in my arsenal
Normally I just use a foam art brush to apply the dressing.
