Hey guys is there a product that protects the windshield wiper arms from turning to a different color. My were black and now they are starting to turn dark gray. I know that the UV does harm to the wiper arm but I'm wondering what I can use to protect it. TIA

Because of all the nooks and crannies, it's best to use something like a WOWA sealant or at least something that doesn't leave much residue/staining, like #16 or IW.

Kinda of a follow-on question (or is that highjack) - wiper arms are metal with single stage black paint on most cars?

If they are oxidized you will need to get them cleaned up first. I haven't used Poli-Seal, but I imagine it will work, just try not to get it built up in the slots/hinges/etc.

I think Opti-Seal would be great as the LSP as long as you can get it wiped into all the nooks and crannies. Foam applicator would seem to be best for that.

ok. Is Klasse AIO that great of a product because I see people use it on the forums all the time.

Yeah, KAIO is considered to be one of those indispensable products. You could also try the new version of it, Jeff's Werkstatt Prime.

UPGP works awesome on wiper arms. If the arms are a bit weathered already, UTTGP will work better on them.

I've found that on wiper arms not far gone that trim protectant (M40 for example) works great to keep them looking good and dark.

On older stuff I use a cleaner wax to shine it up a bit.

Meguiars All Season Dressing does a great job and lasts a long time.
