Has anyone else had problems with Autogeek customer service lately? I ordered some items from them last week (sunday of 2 weeks ago I think), and they didn't ship out for 2-3 days. Not only that, but after I made the order, I sent them an email and left a phone message asking if they could include some of the new DP samples in my order. Not only did they fail to do so :grrr (not unreasonable, considering that my order sat in their warehouse for 3 days), I never recieved a response to either of my messages. Needless to say, I'm done with Autogeek, I was just wondering if anyone else had had the same problems with them.
