Good afternoon Everybody,
Last night bought and used some Mother's Powerpolish on my white Vic hood with yellow, orange, and green Edge pads. While most of the swirls seem to have been removed fairly easily, the light scratches seem to have stayed. I did the hood at a rate of about 1in per sec, and made many passes but the scratches don't seem to have been phazed. I used anywhere from 4.5 to 6 for speed still without effect.
So from my understanding it would be near useless to get some DACP and they have similar agressiveness. So what should be my next step up to remove these light scratches? By light I mean that my fingernail does not catch on them, and they can't be felt, but if you shine the light at them they show up clearly. For some reason I couldn't get my digital camera to take a picture where they showed up.
Thanks for any suggestions guys...
Jonathan
