If your like me - you hate detailing the inside of a car. I mean, you have plastic, vinyl, rubber, and leather. Usually, I would clean all these surfaces using various cleaners, including something different (and a different "tool") to clean leather seats.
Then it's time for "protection". Usually, I would use like 4 different products: some type of leather protectant for seats, some type of plastic sealant (UIG+) for plastics, 1Z stuff for the rubber seals, and interior dressing for other surfaces. A bunch of towels, brushes, and products....
It's like a half a day project. I used to get out all type of products, towels and brushes to clean - and various applicators to apply dressing & protectants. I even have little foam Q-Tips For vents.
Well, forget it. If your interior is somewhat clean, and you don't have the motivation or time to go all through this stuff - I have a solution:
So, I've had this product sitting on my shelf for years. I used it on tires - and it wasn't shiny enough for me. But, I went out to clean and protect my seats and saw it sitting there.
I read the label..... Says it cleans, protects, and provides UV protection in 1 step. It says it's not greasy and it doesn't look greasy.
So, I decided I would give it a try. It's blue and has the Pina Colada smell. The bottle is several years old - but the product works like it was just mixed.
Perfect. I used it on everything with one MF towel. I went out to just do the seats - but this stuff was so EZ - I kept going... If you have a black interior - this stuff makes it look BLACK.
It left everything looking just right - no cleaning required before hand. No applicators. No buffing down after... Just get a towel and rub it in.
After use, my hands aren't greasy and leaving finger prints on everything I touch.
So, I'm telling you, if you have a car that doesn't get filthy dirty on the inside - this stuff is all you need. Just get a MF towel and start rubbing it on everything. Takes like 1/2 hr to do your interior - clean and protect. Leaves a satin look and feel behind. The surface looks somewhat "dressed"; just not greasy or sticky.
I will be getting a big bottle of this stuff.
I took some sucky iPhone pics, but it doesn't really do this stuff justice:
