Poorboy's Detailing Day is On

My wife wants to come, but she only wants to drop me off so she can take the car and hit the outlets at Woodbury. This could be a very expensive trip! :D
 
I really would like to come up for this.

If shopping at Woodbury is a no-no, there are many other nearby locations that may be of interest to significant others and kids. Try this website for ideas - Rockland County Tourism
 
There are also several nice state parks in Rockland that have beaches and pools for the wives to hang out and work on their tans!!!
 
Is the date set for Saturday ?

Maybe a 2 day event is in order ;)















Not to ruin everyones day but I'll be doing my version of the Rain Dance when I wake up Saturday morning :lmfao

Steve I can only make it on a Sunday . I work Saturdays . So unless it rains Saturday I can't make it :(

I know it probaby goes without saying but should we also bring Car wash soap buckets and wash mitts? Will you have your new soap on hand?

Wouldn't it be a good idea that we all show up w/ are cars already washed and ready for detailing. That way we can get right to business?

True! A little spray and wipe (one of my new favorites) and we are ready!!! Didnt think of it. Good call
 
I'm about 5 hours or so away. It's going to be a long day for me. Leave at 6 am or earlier, try to be back home around midnight or so. Good thing I don't work weekends. :D

I will have buckets, chenille mitts and a wash area available:)

I hope there will be the samples of the new car wash shampoo, but I'll know more next week...this could be the first group to see it:D

yes it would be best and less time consuming if your vehicles were washed previously, and there will be Spray and Wipe to do quick clean ups...:)
