Im there!! I personally would probably say sunday would be the better day some people may have to work & such! But other than that either day is fine...

Also most dealers are open on a saturday... do you really want people walking in on our obsessive compulsive detailing?

As for the BBQ part of the deal...perhaps someone would be wiling to be the "Treasurer" of sorts and all ppl attending could put up a few bucks to cover food costs and such it wouldn't be fair to have that cost land on 1 person... we could perhaps send 5.00 via pay pal! to cover that cost....if there is any left over cash after buying the food...you could use it towards product give aways! ... (just a suggestion!)

Good points. It may also be prudent to schedule a rain date (maybe the following weekend?). We obsessive compulsive types won't want to drive our pretty cars in the rain! :D

I 'd like to attend. Saturday would be better for me. I'd say I'm 75% sure I can make it, I'll know as the day gets closer. It's about a 3 hour drive for me, I've been up that way before in Franklin Lakes, NJ.

Havastraw NY is about 25-30 North East of Franklin lakes.... I live a few towns away from Franklin Lakes!! Just to give you an Idea of where it is!
 
I'm thinking about 10am to start and ending before dinner...bbq for lunch or if we don't want to be bothered there is a MacDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Pizza all within 1/10 of a mile:dunno
