Placed an order on 6/29 (201728). Shows as pending on the site. Has not been charged to my card. Has the order been cancelled, or is there items contained in the order that cannot be delivered?

Eric, according to UPS tracking your order should be delivered today. Admin

recieved my order. Was charged for all items. The Daytonawheel brush, and Megs 205 wasback ordered. So no charge on invoice, but full amount charged to credit card.

This is a situation like the posts above. The initial charge to your card should have been an authorization. Then when we processed the actual order, the lower amount of the order should be the charge that actually processes thru. It can take a few days for this to happen depending on the bank. If it has not happened in a few days PM me, or e-mail PAC.

I know how Panthercz feels. I haven't received a reply to my original post either. I understand that this is a very difficult time for everyone at PAC, but I would appreciate some information. Thanks.

Randy: I've finally been able to dig thru the MANY status request from everyone here on the forum, and the e-mails to PAC.
Checking on your order, it seems it was cancelled due to no inventory left on items you ordered. Did you not get an e-mail from the warehouse mgr?
If you did not, I apologize.
Given the severity of our situation with the server meltdown (that server is now a boat anchor!) and the large number of orders, there have been a few folks who did not get a shout about items being out of stock on their order and the order being cancelled.
This would be why you have not had any shipping notification also, since a cancelled order would not have a tracking number. Again...very sorry about the snafu!

Thank you for your reply. I checked with my credit card company and I have not been charged. Unfortunately, I never got an e-mail from your warehouse manager regarding the cancellation. Items received today, 7/7 with 5" DA MF pads showing backordered and zero billed amount for them on the invoice. Invoice incorrectly shows only $57.22 charged to credit card.

I'm guessing the card was billed for the original order and when it got packed there were no 5" DA MFs left and the billed amount adjusted on the invoice *after* the card transaction was made. I would appreciate a credit in the amount of the difference, $29.98, credited to the original card. I'll look for the credit over the next week or so.

Afrter describing the entire scenario the bank advises the only way to rectify it for goods not received is for a credit to be issued or to dispute the entire charge which will then be removed from my account pending resolution.

I'm not particularly concerned about this, I know everyone at PAC has overflowing plates and must be on the verge of tearing their hair out. I can empathize but expect I should be seeing a credit to my card in the near future in the amount of $29.98.

My package arrived today. Haven't opened it yet though. But its here.

Went through it, realized I forgot to order BFWD (****!), but also noticed that my Brinkman didn't make it into the box? Was it on backorder or out of stock? Didn't have anything on the paper or when I placed my order.
 
still haven't received my order 201481 that i placed on 6-27. i did receive 1 of 3 items not out of stock with order # 201706 that i placed on 6-28 and shipping was as much as the one item that was sent. kinda defeats the purpose. i know you guys are on system overload right now, but if order # 201481 is out of stock, just let me know.

I had placed an order with a Metro blower before the big news hit. I am just wondering if that is still coming or not. My card was charged and I got the other stuff in the order already but I am just curious as to if the blower is still coming?

Since my issue was not addressed and I've received no replies to e-mails I disputed this charge with my Credit Card issuer. They have already issued a provisional credit in the amount of $29.98 for items out-of-stock and not received.

Sorry if this complicates things for you.

UPDATE - Two days after informing my CC issuer of dispute I received a credit in the correct account from CMA/PAC. Dispute cancelled and all is as it should be.

my order # 201706 (INVOICE 413896) was charged to my credit card for $31.03 even though only one item was sent. the other items were listed as back ordered. the invoice showed that only $15.00 was charged to my credit card when they actually charged me the full order of $31.03. does this mean the back ordered item will be sent or is this just an error on pac's part ?

Hi Steve,

I am not sure what happend to your order. But to explain, when you ordered and the order was "downloaded" from the system, the card is "authorized" for the total amount of the order. This is to make sure the card is good. When the order is processed and shipped, it is charged for whatever amount was actually shipped. Due to the nature of this sale, there will be no backorders. I will look into your charge and let you know if there was a issue.

Per the details of our closeout sale, we may run out of some items. That was the case with the Megs 205 32 oz on you order. We have shipped the balance of the order and this is a refund for the Megs and the decrease in shipping. Regards

I had 105 on my order, but I'm guessing this was just a typo. Either way, some monies were returned. Since I chose USPS Priority for shipping, I expected to receive the package no later than Saturday (Priority is 3 days max, even across country, and this is on the same coast in a large metro area).

No package yet received, no shipping notification, no tracking number (even tho with USPS it's sort of worthless except for delivery notification).

I'd appreciate an update. Thank you.

Shipping update please

I need an update on my order placed on 6/29 order # 201749. Ive seen other people getting responses on here but I have yet to get a response from my original posting on page 3 post #20, and my email to yall. Ive tried calling in but cant get through and voicemail is full. Its a $460 order and all the funds have been fully cleared already. Order status has just been sitting at paid shipping pending ever since. Originally my first order didnt clear payment so yall sent me another order revised without the items not in stock anymore so I am expecting to receive all items since I resubmitted payment promptly. Im trying to be patient but am about to issue a claim through my credit card company if I dont get a response soon.

Thank you for the update. The confusion, I guess, lies in the fact that I requested USPS but it shipped UPS. I didn't get a tracking number (which I understand, considering the situation), but I did get my complete order, minus the out of stock item. Thank you and best of luck.
