Peyton Manning is nothing like what you think.

Looks like there was more to the story and "Journalist" Shaun King needs additional training.

Peyton Manning Accuser Made Many 'False Accusations' | The Daily Caller

.

While bizarre, nothing in that article disputes or makes any counterpoint to the specifics of the 74 page court document detailing the Manning incident at UT, including the multiple interviews with Manning's teammates that gave absolutely no backing to any of young Peyton's claims in the incident. If that article proves anything outright, its simply that the woman is understandably paranoid after everything else she has endured.

Just to be clear, you do realize that the initial 74 page document was put together entirely by the former trainer. Manning and his team of lawyers also had a lengthy report disputing her claims. I'm not pretending to know the true story but to only use one side of the story to base your opinion is foolhardy at best.

There is too much attention paid to sports and entertainment celebrities.

This.

I have no idea why anybody would care about such people, but a whole lotta folks spend a lot of time and energy on them. If those folks put the same time and effort into their own lives....

The 74 pages consisted of multiple accounts of testimony from manning's teammates- who would have been undoubtedly heavily biased in his favor- that repeatedly and consistently refuted every one of Manning's claims. They didnt interview Naughtright's legal team as the source of the information, that info came directly from Manning's own teammates. But somehow youre telling me it doesnt count. Why? Because you like manning and the info is decidedly inconvenient for you?

I heard they only interviewed the three back-up QB's

JRock, I don't care either way. I'm pointing out the report you keep referencing as the facts are one side, presented by the former trainer's legal team. Peyton's legal team also filed a lengthy report with their side of the facts and testimony supporting his side. You are reading 1 side of the FACTS. Peyton's document also has witnesses supporting his version of the incident. I don't understand why this is so personal to you. Like they say, there are 3 sides to every story. ...

I've always been a Peyton fan, but when I heard about the details of this story, it was a bit disturbing. I get that the stuff he allegedly pulled can maybe be dismissed as simply juvenile, sophmoric behavior from a college age kid - that doesn't make it right or acceptable, but at least understandable. For me, the worst part of it was if indeed it's true, that the Mannings basically ruined the stellar career of a very accomplished, and by all accounts a fantastic trainer. Maybe I'm just jaded at this point w/all the stories about athletes that come out - in most cases, it seems where there's smoke, there's almost always fire

Since this came out there was a witness that backed up Manning's I'd eff the story, saying he pulled down one side of his shorts. This guy was in the training room for the incident. He had not come forward due to him being an undercover police officer and wanting to keep his identity low profile. He also stated he didn't come forward earlier because he never thought it was a big deal. He joined the.military and was overseas when the story first broke and according to him, "thought we had bigger issues as a country after 9-11. So the plot thinkens.
