Back in the late 80's thru 95, I lived in the Anahiem area and had several good Asian friends.
Used to kid them with things like "How do you make an Asian blind? Put a windshield in front of them."
"How do you get an Asian driver to go from 0 to 70 and down to 20 mph in a short time?
Put them on an "on ramp" and watch for the green light."
Steve, a good Asian friend would come back with (since I came from the Midwest) with, "How do you spot a flatlander in a rental car at a stop light? Watch them try to go through a stop light as soon as it turns green!" (big wreck for that one- you learn, that after your light goes green- count at least three cars still accelerating through their yellow caution light)
"How do you spot someone from NYC or the East Coast driving in traffic in LA?-They drive with the horn!"
Grumpy
